1. When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
It’s difficult to predict the shipping times. You can follow our product manufacturing times and add an additional time for shipping on top of them:

2. Where will my order ship from?

VT Inspirations work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Packages are shipped from various fulfillment centers depending on your location. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking link.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping on all orders shipping within the U.S. begins at $3.99 depending on the product and free on orders over $45. International shipping depends on weight with free shipping on orders over $75!

4. Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

5. My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

Please have your order number available.
If your package is lost in the mail for 10 days, we will replace the package, but you must let us know within 14 days. Otherwise, we will not be able to replace your package.
We cannot replace packages due to the wrong address, so please make sure your address is correct at checkout.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address and the package was returned we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. If you determine you no longer want the item we will issue you a refund minus the shipping costs.

6. How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

 7. How do your sizes run?

There are size charts in each product listing: please measure a shirt that you like the fit of and compare those measurements to the size chart. (It is best to measure your shirt on a flat surface)

8. How do I track my order?

If your order failed to deliver we will reach out to you with this message:
We were notified that your order is being returned by the shipping carrier because [reason]. If you want us to reship the order, please confirm your address.

9. I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please follow this link to contact us. Support | VT Inspirations within seven days from the day of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  You are not required to return the damaged item.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution within three days!

 10. What’s your return policy?

We offer exchanges of unworn/unwashed apparel, within 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.
We are happy to exchange/refund most items within 15 days of purchase; because we know it can be difficult to experience a product without seeing it first or trying it on. We believe you will love what you ordered from VT Inspirations, however, if you are unsatisfied we will gladly accept unworn/unwashed apparel with the tags still attached, within 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.
