You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging and returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge. We will cover the shipping fees for shipping the replacement item to the customer.
Orders that are already in production cannot be canceled or refunded.
Once we receive your return it will be inspected and if there are no problems we will send you an email tracking that your package is on its way back to you.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Please note that last chance/sale items, mugs, tote bags, hats, and wall art are non-refundable or exchangeable, all sales are final.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
The exchange must be postmarked within 15 days from the day you received your order.
We do not pay for return shipping on exchanges. If you need a different style, color, or size, please return your original order for an exchange minus the shipping costs. Let us know the size/color you want to exchange it for and we’ll be happy to reship the product for you, once it has been received at the warehouse.

To return your product, please contact us before shipping any product.
We are happy to exchange/refund most items within 15 days of purchase; because we know it can be difficult to experience a product without seeing it first or trying it on. We believe you will love what you ordered from VT Inspirations, however, if you are unsatisfied we will gladly accept unworn/unwashed apparel with the tags still attached, within 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.
Please note: Your return will usually be processed within 1-2 weeks. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be received once the return has been processed.
